Vehicle access required, suitable for a small number of daily visitors
Preferably private or secure entrance
Usage:
Open to pasture, paddock, or light agricultural land
Ideally with minimal near neighbours
Features:
Flat or gently sloping land preferred
Existing secure fencing or the ability to install fencing
Water supply or potential for connection (desirable but not essential)
